A Christmas sweet treat

After seeing this recipe for Peppermint Bark over on The Long Thread a few weeks ago, I knew I had to make it. It's one of those great treats that looks like you worked really hard but is actually really easy.

Oh, and did I mention it's delicious? I made up a batch last week for our landlord and neighbor and boxed it up in these cute carry-out containers from World Market.

Luckily, there was plenty left for us, too. :)
