Wednesday to you all! Let's get this show started. (In case you're
new around here, I'm following along
with Freshly Pieced's W.I.P. (Work In Progress) Wednesday series as a good way for me (and you) to keep track of what's going on around here.)
The Christmas projects (the tree skirt and
stockings) are still going strong. This week, I picked up the fleece I decided to use for the skirt backing and stocking lining and cut the remaining pieces (skirt backing and lining, as well as the bias strips for the edges and ties, and the stocking cuffs).
I also basted the quilt sandwich for the skirt. Now I just need a good night (or two) of sewing to get all of it put together!
