WIP Wednesday #4

Hello, Wednesday! I'm so excited that it's Wednesday because this afternoon, Matt and I are flying to Dallas to celebrate my sister's wedding on Saturday. Yahoo! Thankfully, I was able to get a lot of last-minute sewing finished up to tide me over. (In case you've missed out, I'm following along with Freshly Pieced's W.I.P. (Work In Progress) Wednesday series as a good way for me (and you) to keep track of what's going on around here.)

Completed this week:
Anda dress (I'll post on this next week. It's making its debut at the rehearsal dinner.)
2 new Kindle sleeves (Look for a new tutorial on this when I come back!)
The first block of my Early Bird/Kitchen Window quilt!

Started this week:
Cutting into the solids for my quilt and piecing the blocks

In progress:
My first quilt: The "window" fabric is all cut, and I've finished my first block. I can't wait to really get going on this when I get back!

Hope everyone has a great rest of the week. I'll see you on Monday!
